Transactions are directly between the buyer and seller, facilitated by our platform.

2. No Direct Payment to Us:

Since we do not charge a direct commission for peer-to-peer trades, we typically do not hold user funds. Refund requests should be directed to the counterparty.

3. Mediation Assistance:

If a dispute arises, we may mediate on a best-effort basis but are not obliged to enforce refunds or returns of securities.

1. Direct Buy/Sell:

When you buy from or sell to us directly, you agree to the price and terms outlined before the transaction.

2. Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel before the transaction is finalized, you must contact us immediately. We reserve the right to accept or deny cancellations based on the transaction status.

3. Refunds:

As we do not charge a direct commission, any refunds (if applicable) would be solely related to funds paid directly to us for the purchase of securities. We will assess the situation, and if the transaction is not completed, we may process a refund for the amount received.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service denial or cancellation due to suspicious activity.

We encourage parties to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, you may seek legal recourse; we do not guarantee dispute resolution.

We may offer assistance but do not guarantee a settlement or enforce any refund if not agreed upon by both parties.
